Eau Claire County (WQOW) - Now that dinners served and the presents are opened, it's time to start thinking about what to do with the Christmas tree.
From now until January 20th, Eau Claire County residents can drop off their Christmas trees to be recycled as part of the Merry Mulch program. The drop off site is in the Carson Park parking lot. The trees are turned into mulch, which residents can pick up for free in the springtime for landscaping around their house.
