MADISON (WKOW) -- Good news for ice skaters, Tenney Park ice rink will open Thursday.
Madison parks announced Wednesday the rink at Tenney Park will join the list of open rinks in the city. Rinks at Olbrich Park and Warner Park are also opened.
According to Madison.com, the Tenney Park shelter, concessions and rentals will open Thursday at 11 a.m.
If cross-country skiing is more your thing, trails in city parks and golf courses opened late Wednesday afternoon. Elver Park and Odana Hills Golf Course have ski rentals, and Elver Park's trails are lit at night.
