Eau Claire (WQOW) - The
host of a local outdoors program many of you have come to know and love, will
be taking a step back from his duties.
Dave Carlson is the host of "Northland
Adventures" and has been for nearly three decades. At the beginning of
next year, he'll be cutting back, and the show will be undergoing some changes.
He calls it "semi-retirement". Two new faces will be added to the
program. They'll contribute weekly
reports.
"My job is to tell
their stories, and they've got some wonderful stories to share, and we'll
continue to share them. Other people coming in and being part of this program,
Northland Adventures. It's Dave Carlson and a lot of friends," says Dave.
Dave will
still be a part of the show-- just not as often. You can catch northland
adventures Saturdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 10:35 p.m. right here on WQOW News
