MADISON (WKOW)-- Jeffrey Vogelsberg, the man accused of torturing and killing his disabled half-brother Matthew Graville has returned to Wisconsin for charges of homicide.

Vogelsberg was in custody in Pierce County Washington, but has since been moved to the Dane County jail. He was booked in late Friday night.

Vogelsberg was arrested on these potential homicide charges on November 5th in Lewis Washington. He attempted to fight extradition back to Wisconsin, but Washington Governor Christine Gregoire recently decided to grant the request sent by Gov. Scott Walker to have him sent back to Wisconsin.

The official charge for Vogelsberg will be 1st degree Intentional Homicide. He is also facing a felony charge for Hiding a Corpse. He is expected to appear in court Wednesday January 2nd.
