MADISON (WKOW) -- The 8th Annual New Year's Day Dash will be on Tuesday.

It's an event to raise money for Huntington's Disease Society of America. The race starts on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at Quaker Steak and Lube in Middleton.

This 5 mile timed run, 2 mile walk, or free 1 mile kid's run is followed by Quaker Steak and Lube wings, Capital Brewery beer, great prizes, giveaways and New Year's Day bowl games on large screen TV's.

New Year's Day Dash representatives join Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend to talk about the event.
