MILWAUKEE (WKOW) – Milwaukee police say a food store
owner was killed on Friday after struggling with a masked gunman.
Police identified the man killed as 53-year-old Fawzi
Abu-Hamdan. While Abu-Hamdan was working
at the Zara Food Store, a gunman entered the store and demanded money.
Police Inspector William Jessup said no arrests have been
made in the incident. Jessup said the
motive of the attack appears to be a robbery but the investigation is ongoing.
