Polk County (WQOW) - A
western Wisconsin man has been arrested after a high-speed chase in Polk County.
Police
were looking for Jordan Johnson Sunday night after he was allegedly involved in
a bar fight. Witnesses said he had threatened to return with a gun.
A deputy spotted his car and gave chase, at speeds up
to 90-miles an hour. Johnson, who's from
Amery, finally pulled over but wouldn't get out of the car at first because he
was on the phone. The deputy who arrested him said Johnson admitted going 110
miles an hour, trying to outrun the officer. He was arrested for second-offense
drunk driving, with an alcohol level nearly three-times the legal limit.
