MADISON (WKOW) -- After a disappointing loss, a number of Badgers fans returned to Madison Wednesday.
The University of Wisconsin Alumni Association chartered a couple of flights for the Rose Bowl game and they landed at the Dane County Regional Airport Wednesday afternoon. Those who spoke with WKOW said they had a good time despite the loss.
Beth Olson said,"I was really hopeful in the end that it would be the surprise ending of 21-20 and it didn't go that way so, oh well!"
"We of course would have preferred to win but I thought the team did a really good job," Rosemarie Carbino said.
Many said that if given another opportunity, they would go back to another bowl game to cheer on the Badgers.
