WAUWATOSA (WKOW) -- The husband accused of killing his wife, who was a Wauwatosa police officer, will learn Thursday whether he'll stand trial.

30-year-old Ben Sebena is charged with first degree intentional homicide in the death of Jennifer Sebena.

Investigators say Sebena confessed to shooting and killing his wife on Christmas Eve.

The Iraq war veteran could use post-traumatic stress disorder as part of his legal defense.

Sebena is being held in the Milwaukee County Jail on $1 million bail.
