MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- The man accused of killing his wife, a Wauwatosa police officer, waives his preliminary hearing. His case was bound over for trial.
Benjamin Sebena appeared in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday morning. The 30-year-old is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide in the death of his police officer wife, Jennifer Sebena.
Sebena is an Iraq war veteran who could use post-traumatic stress disorder as a defense.
Police say Sebena confessed to killing his wife in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve.
