MADISON (WKOW) -- Wedding season is upon us and hundreds of brides to be are gearing up for their big day. While getting ready for the wedding and choosing the dress are big decisions, equally important decisions come after the wedding day. What can you do with old bridesmaid dresses and wedding gowns?

Experts with the Wedding Planner & Guide show give some great tips on how to redesign wedding dresses on Wake Up Wisconsin on Friday. From easy cuts and snips, to adding jewelry and accessories in the right places, you can take any wedding dress or bridesmaid dress and turn it into something you can wear to another occasion or on a day to day basis.
