Eau Claire (WQOW) - The 13th annual Ragtime Festival in Eau Claire is taking people back to another era.

The event kicked-off Friday night and runs through Sunday, it features a variety of acts including musicians from around the country and silent films. Each year the festival benefits an area non-profit organization, this year it's Feed my People Food bank in Eau Claire.
