MADISON (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court is again refusing to review a Madison judge's decision that strikes down the Voter ID law.
Judge David Flanagan ruled in July the law impaired the right to vote.
The state justice department appealed, and the supreme court denied it.
So the agency appealed again in November.
Monday, the high court denied it one more time with no explanation.
That means the case will stay with the 2nd District Court of Appeals.
