MADISON (WKOW) -- Milk from the closed Golden Guernsey plant in Waukesha is now in Madison.
The Community Action Coalition received a semi full of milk Wednesday.
Officials say they'll distribute it to other agencies in Dane County.
Chris Brockel with the Community Action Coalition says a donation this big is rare.
"This doesn't happen very often. The short notice stuff for this kind of product really doesn't happen very often. We usually have a sort of planned donations."
Brockel says they may be able to get more milk if they can distribute all of the product they received Wednesday.
The Golden Guernsey plant closed earlier this month, trapping tens of thousands of gallons of milk inside.
