LAFAYETTE COUNTY, Wis. (WKOW) -- Sharon Wand is filing for divorce from Armin Wand, III, the man accused of killing her three sons and trying to kill her and her daughter.

Court records show the divorce papers were filed on Monday.

Armin Wand, III is charged with starting a fire at the family home that killed the couple's three sons. He's also charged with homicide in the death of their unborn child and the attempted homicide of Sharon and their daughter.

Armin's brother, Jeremy, is also charged in the fire and deaths.
