SHELL LAKE (WKOW) - A judge in northwestern Wisconsin orders a man not to have any more children.
The judge told John Butler, 28, he can't have more children until he catches up on overdue child support payments. According to the Duluth News Tribune, the judge also told Butler that within three minutes of meeting any female, he must tell them he's a convicted felon and is late on child support payments.
The Tribune reports Butler previously pleaded guilty to felony charges of failing to pay child support for more than 120 days in 2011.
