MADISON (WKOW) – A Waunakee man was arrested for his 4th OWI late Friday night.
Dane County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report about a male subject slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle around 11:00 p.m.
Authorities responded to the intersection of County Highway K and County Highway Q, in the Township of Westport, where they found 42-year-old Patrick E. Jensen.
Deputies said Jensen failed Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was arrested for his 4th OWI offense. Jensen was taken to the Dane County Jail and also arrested for possession of cocaine.
Authorities said since Jensen's last OWI offense date occurred within the last five years, this most recent arrest is a felony offense.
