DELAFIELD (WKOW) -- A scuba diver dies while navigating under the ice of Nagawicka Lake in Waukesha County.

Delafield Police say Steven LaLonde, 32, had been ice diving with a group of friends near the beach at Naga-Waukee Park. The experienced diver got lost and his equipment malfunctioned.

Other divers pulled him from the water and performed CPR, but responding crews were not able to revive him.

LaLonde was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
