Chippewa Falls (WQOW) - Murder charges are filed against a Chippewa Falls woman in connection with the drug overdose death of a man. David Gnoza died in September 2011.

His body was found in Debra Gerz' apartment on High Street. At the time police said he had a lethal level of methadone, along with other drugs, in his system. Now, the Chippewa County District Attorney has charged Gerz with reckless homicide by delivering drugs. She's also accused of obstructing investigators. Gerz will have her first day in court in March.
