Clark County (WQOW) - An outdoor marijuana grow that was spotted by a State Patrol plane leads to jail time for a Clark County man.
The marijuana was observed last August during a flyover to search for pot plants. Investigators then placed a hidden camera at the site near Greenwood.
They say it showed Steven and Beverly Kelley watering and harvesting the plants. On Friday, Steven Kelley pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors, and got six months in jail. His wife will return to court next month.
