MILWAUKEE (WKOW) -- Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin is among a half dozen around the state that have created an association to help coordinate their efforts.

Leaders say the new Wisconsin Association of Feeding America Food Banks will help coordinate and create public and private partnerships to help end hunger in Wisconsin, raise public awareness and identify additional food and revenue sources.

Those food banks serve every county in Wisconsin.
