Business owner must repay woman $50, do community service

Eau Claire (WQOW) - An Eau Claire businessman has agreed to give back the $50 that a woman was forced to pay for parking in his lot.

Todd Kallenbach was charged with disorderly conduct for the incident last fall.

A woman told police she parked at Kallenbach Auto and went into a nearby restaurant. Police say Kallenbach's daughter stormed in and demanded $50 before the woman would be allowed to move her car.

After paying the money, the woman found her car blocked in by a large truck. Kallenbach eventually moved the truck but the woman said it was positioned in such a way that it was difficult to move her car without hitting a post or other vehicles.

Besides repaying the money Kallenbach must do a week of community service.
