Police seek help in finding missing Janesville man


JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville and Madison Police Department's are seeking assistance in locating 25-year-old Ryhene Jamel Thomas.

Ryhene, who goes by Jamel, is homeless and has stayed at the Janesville homeless shelter, however, most recently was staying at a homeless shelter in Madison.

Jamel was last seen around noon December 22, 2012 near the 5 Points Gas Station in Janesville.  He left stating he was headed to Madison.

He is 5'10" and approximately 170 pounds.  Jamel has shoulder length braids and numerous tattoos, including a tear drop below is right eye.  He was last seen wearing baggy dark jeans and usually carries a black backpack.

He has not had any contact with relatives since that time, which is out of the ordinary for him.
