PULASKI (WKOW) -- Nine Pulaski High School students have been expelled from the Pulaski Community School District for drugs.
According to the school's web site, administrators found out about the prescription drug ring after some students, concerned about the well-being of those using, came forward.
The web site quotes: "We are proud of our students who stepped up to be leaders within the high school for doing what's right and bringing this to our attention."
Parents are urged to take the time to educate themselves and spread the word about the dangers of experimenting with prescription drugs. They are also encouraged to have their son/daughter speak to a teacher, counselor or administrator if they are aware of any unsafe situation, both inside and outside of school.
