Eau Claire (WQOW) - The man who admitted robbing a western Wisconsin bank at gunpoint is going to prison.
Duane Simon was sentenced Friday in Buffalo County. He got four years in prison.
Simon pleaded guilty earlier to robbing the Bank of Alma branch in Nelson last March. He was caught five miles down the road with $11,000 in his car.
Detectives say Simon told them he did it because he had lost his job and had marital, financial, drinking and gambling problems.
