BELOIT (WKOW)-- Beloit firefighters are investigating an attic fire at a home in the 3400 block of Field Crest Court in Beloit. The call came in a 5:10 am Saturday morning.

Officials say everyone made it out of the home without injury. They left the home once they started to smell smoke. The fire itself was confined to the second floor of the residence.

The flames caused $50,000 in damage to the structure of the home and $20,000 in damage to personal property.
