Two in custody in connection with Lake Geneva sexual assaults

LAKE GENEVA (WKOW) -- The City of Lake Geneva Police Department was called to investigate complaints of sexual assault from two 13-year-old girls.

The investigation began January 20.  The complaints were of multiple sexual assaults of the two females by two male suspects, Daniel Tencle Frias (17) and Oscar Mendoza Tencle (18), who are Milwaukee residents.

The reported assaults took place after the suspects established relationships with their victims on Facebook.  The assaults occurred in a vacant residence in the City of Lake Geneva after a face to face meeting in late October 2012. 

Both the City of Milwaukee and City of Brookfield Police Departments assisted in apprehending the suspects.  

Frias and Tencle are both confined in the Walworth County Jail and charged with second degree sexual assault of a child and criminal trespassing.  Their cases have been referred to the Walworth County District Attorney's Office.
