Eau Claire (WQOW) - A man accused of raping a woman while another man held her down has been ordered to perform community service.
On Monday, Andre Woods pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of third-degree sexual assault. A judge in Eau Claire gave him the choice of 15 days in jail or the same number of days of community service. Woods chose community service.
Woods and Gilbert Ogato were arrested in April after the woman said both men took turns sexually assaulting her. As part of a plea bargain woods must testify against Ogato when he goes to trial in May.
