MADISON (WKOW) -- Monday evening, a 56-year-old Madison man was struck by a vehicle near Johnson and Park Streets.
The man suffered minor injures after walking into traffic. He was transported to a hospital for observation.
While there, the victim told an officer he had been drinking at a bar downtown and began to walk home.
He remembers leaving the bar, but admits to not knowing much after that.
The victim will be cited for violating a pedestrian signal. The driver was not issued a citation.
