MADISON (WKOW) -- The attorney for the man accused of killing his half-brother wants the trial moved out of Dane County.

The motion was filed in the case against Jeffrey Vogelsberg, who's charged with killing Matthew Graville.

According to the Wisconsin State Journal, Vogelsberg's attorney feels he can't get an impartial jury because of extensive media coverage.

Vogelsberg is back in court on Friday.
