Eau Claire (WQOW) - The Eau Claire Parks & Recreation Department would like inform the community that all outdoor skating rinks and warming houses will be closed today, February 1, 2013, due to the wind chill and subzero temperatures.

We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause. Weather permitting; we will re-open the outdoor skating rinks, with regular hours, on February 2, 2013.
