LADYSMITH - One of the suspects in a Rusk County vandalism spree has been given jail time.
Last summer Ladysmith police said three teens set fire to a Frito-Lay delivery truck. They were also suspected of running down a sign at the high school, driving into fences at the county fairgrounds, and smashing their vehicle into a parked camper.
This week Otis Hamilton, who's from Ladysmith, was sentenced to four months in jail. He must also help pay restitution totaling nearly $20,000.
