Boy struck by car on Hackney Way

MADISON (WKOW) -- Friday morning a nine-year-old boy stepped into the intersection at Hackney Way and Lamplighter Way.

The boy was struck by a very slow moving car.  He was transported to a local hospital after complaining of back pain.

His injuries are not serious.

Preliminary findings indicate the child was at fault, not the driver.
