JANESVILLE (WKOW) – A Milton man was arrested for his 4 OWI
early Saturday morning after driving the wrong direction on a one way street.
A Janesville Police Officer witnessed an Oldsmobile Alero
traveling the wrong direction on a one way street at E. Milwaukee Street and
Parker Place around 2:09 a.m.
After the officer stopped the vehicle, he noticed a strong
odor of intoxicants on the driver's breath.
Police identified the driver as 29-year-old David A. Haefner.
Authorities said Haefner failed field sobriety testing and
was arrested for his 4 OWI and for possession of THC. Haefner was transported to the Rock County
Jail for an evidentiary blood test.
