MADISON (WKOW) -- Valentines Day is this Thursday and many of you are thinking about what to get for the special someone in your life. Rather than do the traditional piece of chocolate cake, you might want to try something a little bit different and uniquely Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin Milk Marketing board has put together several difference cheese and chocolate pairings sure to make any loved one feel special. Some options for this year include Wisconsin Mascarpone and Nutella® with Chocolate Brownies, Aged Wisconsin Gouda with Dark Chocolate English, Wisconsin Alpine-Style Cheese with Milk Chocolate and Rosemary, and Wisconsin Mixed-Milk Cheese with White Chocolate and Cranberry Chutney. All four choices are delicious and quick to put together.
