WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (WKOW) -- The mayor of Wilmington, Delaware says a man suspected of killing his wife and wounding two others at the New Castle County Courthouse is dead.
Wilmington Mayor Dennis Williams said Monday in a telephone interview that the shooter was killed by police. Williams says he was told the shooter shot and killed his wife and wounded two other people at approximately 8:10 a.m. Williams says the couple were estranged.
A Wilmington police spokesman said earlier in the day that three people were shot. Corporal Jamaine Crawford said he did not know the condition of the people who were shot.
