SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- Sun Prairie police believe a fire on the 1200 block of Schumann Street to be suspicious.
Firefighters were called to the scene around 2 p.m. on Saturday for a structure fire. Crews were able to put it out in about 15 minutes. Damage was estimated to be more than $40,000.
Officials say, based on observations at the scene, Fire Department staff believed the cause to be suspicious and alerted police.
A joint investigation with the Sun Prairie Police Department, Sun Prairie Fire Department, Dane County Sheriff's Office and Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation/State Fire Marshall concluded the cause to be arson.
There are no suspects in custody and the investigation is ongoing.

A reward of up to $5,000 is available for the conviction of an arsonist through the Wisconsin Arson Insurance Council.
