MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison woman is arrested for her fourth OWI.
The Dane County Sheriff's Office says Chimirra A. Murray, 29, was arrested around 1:00 a.m. Tuesday. The sheriff's office says she was driving on Mill Pond Road in Madison when he noticed her car didn't have a front license plate. The registration was expired, so the deputy pulled Murray over. The sheriff's office says the deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car and he could see open beer cans in plain sight.
Murray was given a field sobriety test, then arrested for OWI - 4th Offense. She was also given tickets for having open intoxicants and operating after revocation.
Murray is currently in the Dane County Jail.
