MADISON (WKOW) -- State elections officials are predicting less than 10 percent turnout for Tuesday's primary election.

The only statewide contest on the ballot is the Supreme Court race. Justice Pat Roggensack faces Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone and Milwaukee attorney Vince Megna. The two candidates with the most votes will advance to the April 2 general election.

In the past three primaries for Supreme Court races, turnout has been under 10 percent. Government Accountability Board director Kevin Kennedy expects turnout to be in that range this year.
