MADISON (WKOW) -- It's the official season of Lent, which means if you are or are not religious, you will start to see more fish around you.
GFS Marketplace Food Expert, Dan Scher, joins Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend to give us a twist on a Friday night fish fry recipe.
Here's the recipe profiled on Wake Up Wisconsin Weekend.
Tortilla Crusted Tilapia Wrap and a Fresh and Fruity Coleslaw.

½ Container GFS Coleslaw
6 Green Apples
1 Bunch Celery½ Cup Honey
Directions:
Pour ½ of the container of coleslaw into a large bowl. Wash and Julianne the
apples, slice the celery, and add them to the coleslaw. Pour the honey over all and

Tortilla Crusted Tilapia Wrap
Ingredients:
GFS Tortilla Crusted Tilapia (bake according to instructions on package)
Jalapeño cheddar wraps
Prepared Guacamole
Chopped romaine lettuce
Shredded cheddar cheese
Ranch dressing
Frank's Hot sauce
Cut tilapia into strips. Spread thin layer of guacamole on each wrap, layer with chopped romaine lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Add strips of tilapia to one end of wrap and drizzle with ranch dressing and Frank's Hot Sauce. Starting at the end with the tilapia, begin rolling the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go. Instead of a wrap you can use a hoagie bun and create a spicy fish sandwich.
