Eau Claire (WQOW) – An Eau Claire man is arrested after being stabbed.

Police say 50-year-old Denis Lapka went to a home on Starr Avenue Sunday night. An argument broke out and the homeowner was attacked. Police say after being attacked, the homeowner got a knife and stabbed Lapka. Lapka then fled the scene.

Lapka was later arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and a probation hold. He has not been charged. His injuries were not life threatening.
