DANE COUNTY (WKOW) -- Following a fatal crash in Dane County on Monday, The Dane County Medical Examiner's Office has released the name of the victim.

Officials say, 32 year of Jessica Frank of Evansville died in a two vehicle crash in the Town of Rutland yesterday. The crash that occurred on USH 14 north of West Rutland road was reported just after 7:00 a.m.

Frank was originally transported to a local Madison Hospital where she later died a short time later. Frank's death is the result of blunt force injuries she sustained in the crash. Additional toxicology testing is underway at this time.

The Dane County Sheriff's Office and the Medical Examiner's Office continue to investigate this case.
