MADISON (WKOW) -- Police are looking for an 18-year-old Madison man suspected of stealing a car from American Auto.
Officials say an officer pulled over two cars after seeing them speeding down Milwaukee St. Wednesday night. Both pulled into the parking lot at Woodman's, then the driver and front seat passenger of one bailed out and ran away.
The driver of the second car explained to the officer he was pursuing the first because he knew the car and that it had been stolen from his employer, American Auto.
Police were called to the business earlier in the day to take a report on a stolen Ford Taurus. The suspect has not yet been found.
