OSSEO - A construction accident in Osseo Thursday.

According to OSHA, a construction worker fell off a ladder while working on renovations at Gunderson Chevrolet.

The worker hit his head during the fall. Although he was conscious, he was airlifted to a hospital as a safety precaution.

OSHA is now investigating to determine if there were any workplace safety violations.
