MADISON (WKOW) -- We're getting ready to watch the Oscars on Sunday and people love to guess who they think will win the top awards.

Rob Thomas from the Cap Times joins Wake Up Wisconsin to give his top predictions for the big night.

The nominees for the "Best Picture" include: Amour, Argo, Beasts of the Southern Wild, Django Unchained, Les Miserables, Life of Pi, Lincoln, Silver Linings Playbook and Zero Dark Thirty.

The nominees for "Best Actor in Leading Role" include: Bradley Cooper, Daniel Day-Lewis, Hugh Jackman, Joaquin Phoenix and Denzel Washington.

The nominees for "Best Actress in a Leading Role" include: Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Lawrence, Emmanuelle Riva, Quvenzhane Wallis and Naomi Watts.

You can watch the 85th Academy Awards on WKOW-TV Sunday starting at 6:00 p.m.
