Part of Highway 13 in Adams Co. closed for fire

DAMS COUNTY (WKOW) - A part of Wisconsin Highway 13 is closed because of fire, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

The Adams County Sheriff's department confirms that there is a house fire but don't have many more details.

The DOT sent out an alert that the fire closed the north and southbound lanes the highway between  between County E and Edgewood Drive around 7:50 a.m.

Officials estimate it that the highway will be closed for about two hours.

They advise taking an alternate route while crews are on the scene.
