MADISON (WKOW) -- – Marcel Taylor is back in custody and returned to the Dane County Jail.
Earlier Monday, Taylor was released from the Public Safety Building for a medical appointment. He was to return by 12:15 p.m. By 2:00 p.m., he still had not returned and was declared AWOL.

MADISON (WKOW) -- Dane County Sheriff's say 45-year-old Marcel Taylor is AWOL from the jail.
Taylor was sentenced with Huber on charges of retail theft and possessing a narcotic. He was released from the Public Safety Building Monday morning for a medical appointment and was scheduled to return by 12:15 p.m. He still had not returned at 2:00 p.m. and thus declared AWOL.
Taylor is 5'8" tall and approximately 200 lbs. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
The Dane County Sheriff's Office is also still seeking information on the whereabouts of inmate Paul D. Richardson, age 24 of Madison, who was declared AWOL Friday, February 22nd.
