Wausau (WQOW) - An Eau Claire man was arrested in Marathon County after police say he was spotted naked in a laundromat.
Brent Stevens could be charged with lewd behavior. Wausau Police say a caller reported a naked man at Wash-N-Well laundromat on Sunday. When police showed up, they say Stevens was wearing clothes. He reportedly told police he did have his clothes off because he needed to dry them.
"This is a pretty unusual situation. Normally, if someone would have wet clothing that they needed to dry, they might remove some of their clothing and put it in the dryer and remain modest," said Deputy Chief Bryan Hilts from the Wausau Police Department.
Police say there is also a warrant out for his arrest in Eau Claire County.
