Lake Hallie Walmart employees find fake money after man tries to return printer

UPDATE: The second male subject has been located and is co-operating with Law Enforcement. It does not appear that he will be considered a suspect in this case.

Lake Hallie (WQOW) - A West Bend man is arrested after trying to return a printer to an area store, inside the printer, employees found fake money.

Police say 37-year old Jarad Carr tried to return the printer Thursday afternoon at the Walmart in Lake Hallie.  Carr didn't have a receipt.  And as store employees checked the printer, they discovered two counterfeit one-hundred dollar bills.

Walmart refused to take the printer back, despite Carr's insistence.  Police were called, and after a struggle, arrested Carr.  Once in custody, police say they found three more fake bills.  He also had two warrants out for his arrest in St. Croix County for burglary and armed robbery.

Police are looking for a second person in the case, seen with a green hat on.  The picture was taken at Walmart.  If anyone recognizes the man, call police.
