Eau Claire using social media to address potholes

Eau Claire (WQOW) - The wheels are in motion now as Eau Claire is using Facebook to focus on potholes.

Some streets like Brackett are in rough shape this winter.  On Wednesday, the city reached out to Facebook users by asking for their help in reporting potholes.  It didn't take long for several people to chime in.  With more than 320 miles of streets to keep an eye on, the city will use suggestions from citizens to decide which streets need attention first.

You can also report potholes by filling out a request form on the city's website or call the city's pothole patchline at 839-6257.
